The founder
I spent several years working in hospitality, where a single bad review can damage a brand permanently. When a guest had a poor experience, we offered an extra night or a 20 to 40 per cent refund, because protecting the brand was worth more than winning the argument.
Then I would leave work, get on a train, and spend an hour commuting with no mobile signal. At the end of the month, the bill arrived in full. No apology. No adjustment.
In Cameroon, where I grew up, the situation is worse. The gap between what operators claim and what people actually receive is wider, and the tools to prove it do not exist.
That contrast, between an industry that compensates every failure and an industry that ignores them, is where MAPFIX® came from.

A citizen in a dead zone cannot report being in a dead zone, because reporting requires the connectivity that is absent. Every speed test, every crowdsourced platform, every operator tool depends on an active connection. Without it, no measurement occurs. The dead zone is invisible.

At 3:00 a.m., your phone rests on the nightstand. Your operator's network disconnects. At 5:12 a.m., it reconnects. You wake at 7:00 and never know.
But MAPFIX® recorded it.
Timestamped. Carrier-attributed. Anonymised. No drive test was active. No speed test was running. No one was awake. The evidence exists because the operating system issued a callback, logged by the SDK. This is verified nocturnal outage documentation. No other methodology can produce it.

I am British and Cameroonian. That is not a biographical detail. It is the reason MAPFIX® will succeed where Western platforms have failed. I do not need a cultural liaison to speak to ART Cameroon.
